About the Opportunity

About the Opportunity We are seeking a dedicated Product Manager to support cross-functional sourcing teams by providing analytical support for process improvements and commodity-related initiatives. This role involves data collection, analysis, supplier qualification, and assisting in procurement processes to drive cost control and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of category implementation plans.
• Develop complex spreadsheets, documents, reports, and presentations using e-procurement tools.
• Perform economic research and prepare analyses such as negotiable spend, supplier financial analysis, Total Cost of Ownership, and financial models to identify qualified suppliers and evaluate reliability.
• Conduct post-implementation analysis to identify problems and areas for improvement.
• Support and enforce policies including Sarbanes-Oxley, Supplier Diversity policy, and other audit and regulated procurement requirements to ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent.
• Experience with vendor sourcing, negotiations, and contract management.

Preferred Experience

• Experience using research problems to guide relevant data gathering and benchmarking.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary range of 4,500,000 to 6,000,000 INR.
• Opportunity to work at the company’s headquarters in Chennai.
