About the Opportunity: We are seeking experienced Full Stack Developers to join our AI innovation team at Career Central. This role involves developing both internal assistants and customer-facing chatbots, working closely with our engineering team to deliver impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using Node.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Configure and manage web servers such as Nginx and Apache.
• Implement AWS serverless architecture using Lambda, S3, API Gateway, and related services.
• Collaborate with the team to integrate modern AI and large language model technologies.
• Write clean, maintainable, and production-ready code.
• Deploy and debug full systems end-to-end.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of experience in full-stack web development.
• Proficiency with Node.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with AWS serverless architecture and services.
• Strong understanding of databases, both SQL and NoSQL.
• Ability to write clean and maintainable code and deploy full systems independently.

Preferred Experience

• Familiarity with front-end frameworks like React or Vue.
• Experience with Amazon Bedrock.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and integrating LLM APIs such as OpenAI or Anthropic.
• Understanding of agents, vector databases, or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) patterns.
